This is a simple definition.  The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga will also bring about emotional stability and clarity of mind. Suitable for all ages, body types, and fitness levels- everyone can find something unique to them within the practice of yoga. 

Star Flow Yoga

Enjoy a start to your day with this gentle flow of postures and movement to increase mobility and flexibility. Expect to leave relaxed and blissed out, ready to take on your day's peace or challenges. Expect classes focused on an anatomical area, such as progressions of deep hip openers or hamstring lengthening.  No experience necessary. This class is led to music.
