Star Flow Yoga
This class will move through a series of sun salutations to invigorate the body and build internal heat allowing the participant the ability to move into deeper postures including twists, arm balances, core building and back bends. Some flow, or vinyasa yoga is recommended, but not necessary. Expect to learn classic yoga postures through deep awareness of correct alignment within your body. The foundation of all yoga comes from core strength and breath, and this class does not disappoint. This class is led to music and encourages the participant to let go into the movement and the beat.

Post Spin Yoga
Start your day or finish your ride with this compact yoga workout, marrying heat building flow and deep stretches. Whether you're off the bike or just walking in, we'll start with flow based movement to either keep the heat building or get your body warm. Expect hip openers, spinal twists for back health, abdominal exercises, finished with deep stretches and a final savasana. This class typically runs about 35-40 minutes. Best suited for those with some yoga experience.
