Star Flow Yoga: This class starts with a vinyasa flow of sun solutions and hatha postures and ends with restorative postures to soothe the exerted muscle groups and calm the mind. Some vinyasa experience is recommended but not necessary. Expect to learn key postures to the practice, alignment corrections, and techniques to help refine these postures. It also focuses on restorative yoga with gentle, coming and therapeutic guidance to relax the body into balance.
